Meetings – Cinco Municipal Utility District 8

The District meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 12:00 noon at the offices of Coats Rose, P.C., 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas 77046. All meetings are open to the public and the Board of Directors welcomes you to attend any meeting to see what is going on in the district.

The following information provides the location and directions to designated meeting places of the Board of Directors, for the Cinco Municipal Utility District 8:

Visitors may park on the first or second level of the parking structure. The Coats Rose, P.C. office building, located at 9 Greenway Plaza, may be accessed on the ground (first) floor, by exiting the parking structure, crossing City Club Drive and following the covered walkway to the building straight ahead. The receptionist will validate parking tickets. If you should have to pay for parking in the garage, the machine does not accept cash; it is credit card only.

Directions: From the District – Visitors travelling to Coats Rose, P.C. on the U.S. 59 Freeway (the Southwest Freeway) from both the north and south directions should take the Buffalo Speedway exit, turning north toward Richmond Avenue.

At Richmond Avenue, turn left and travel to the first light which will be Edloe Street. Turn left on Edloe Street, and stay in the far right-hand lane, avoiding the overpass. At City Club Drive (the first right after the bank), turn right and enter the visitor parking garage on the left just before the Houston City Club.
